I always told myself I wouldn’t let them win…
God I said it with all my heart.
But they won.
I can’t say we were the most adored couple
I’m so confident there was so much negative energy thrown towards us
The positive energies were not enough.
And whats worst is that most of this negative energy came from those who were supposed to root for you
Love you no matter what, and always seek for your happiness.
They won, we lost
I lost you
I lost us.
I said I’d give all I had in order for it to work, and I did.
But turns out it wasn’t enough.
It’s not our fault, it just wasn’t meant to be…
It pains me to know that’s it.
We had so many plans, so many hopes.
We deserved so much better.
But at the end of the day its harder to accept the first one.
I’m sure someday you’ll get all you deserve,
Altogether with their support.
It just pains me that was not the case for us.
